Farm Share Savings Account Program

The Local Food Savings Account is simple, flexible, and allows you to save year round for fresh, local food.

IMG_3572aBeing able to pay before  the busy season helps your farmer plan, plant, and grow your food during the months before it gets to you.

Follow these simple steps:

1) Find a farm you love and reserve a spot for their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) season.

2) Open an account with one of the three participating banks or credit unions and start putting small amounts of money in monthly.

3) Your farmer receives payment at a time when they need it most to prepare for the season and look forward to a summer of local produce.

Ask for details at one of the three financial institutions listed here and start saving for next year’s farm share!
