Join KELT for an adventurous monthly educational series at Reid State Park!
When: friday August 16 at 2pm - 3pm
Where: Reid State Park in Georgetown
Join KELT to discover the fascinating, vibrant world of the intertidal zone. This event is great for kids of all ages and is focused on families.
Participants will meet at Todds Point, in the parking lot near the pavilion. Activities will be led by Emily Pistell, including Tide Pool Bingo, where we will search for different kinds of creatures. Will you find a hermit crab? a periwinkle? a lobster?! Join us to find out!
The program offered by KELT is free and open to the public. Participants will need to pay the state park entrance fee. This is a light rain or shine event, and registration is encouraged, using the form below.
