The Whiskeag Trail

The Whiskeag Trail is a 5-mile biking and hiking trail overseen by Bath Trails connects the Bath Area Family YMCA with KELT’s Thorne Head Preserve. 

Locations for parking include: Thorne Head Preserve, Sewall Woods Preserve, McMann Fields, and Bath Area Family YMCA. The Bath bus comes near the trail at several spots if you need a ride home. 

Please note that hunting is only allowed in Sewall Woods, Whiskeag Creek*, and Thorne Head Preserves and NOT along the entire trail, which passes through land trust and City owned lands.
