KELT welcomes you to visit the LOCAL Garden and try your hand at raised bed gardening! We grow a variety of vegetables, flowers, and fruits by utilizing our garden space’s strengths and weakness.
Led by our Garden Coordinator, Laurie Burhoe:
Learn the steps to build a raised bed as we demonstrate how to construct bed frames and fill with soil.
Discover tricks for weeding out pesky garden pests that visit your precious plants.
Leave empowered to kick-start your own raised bed garden!
This program is best for gardeners 12 years old and up.

To get to the garden: The LOCAL Garden is located at the corner of High Street and Lemont Street in Bath. From downtown, head south on High Street for ~1.8 miles. Turn left onto Lemont Street. Parking is on the left in front on the garden.
