KELT is offering FREE children's programs, with the Patten Free Library in July and August.

The four programs will offer farm and garden themed stories and outdoor activities for children 6 years old and younger. Young children and chaperoning adults will have the opportunity to explore the wonders of nature.

Wednesday, July 18 from 10-11 am:

Spiders: Silly or Scary? at Patten Free Library Park

Decide for yourself whether spiders are more a friend or foe through a series of games and craft activities you’ll need eight legs to finish all of!

Parents are welcomed and encouraged to take part in the activities. Closed toed shoes and plenty of sunscreen are recommended!

Questions? Contact Becky at bkolak@kennebecestuary.org or 207-442-8400.
