Come learn and join the conversation about programs that help Maine homeowners save energy and costs on efficiency improvements!
Hosted by Bath Climate Action Commission in partnership with KELT and the Patten Free Library.
When: Wednesday, MaY 3, at 5:30 - 7:00pm
Where: Community Room, Patten Free Library (Attend in-person or on zoom)
Join the Bath Climate Action Commission and Bridget Gifford, program manager for Efficiency Maine, for a conversation about the programs that Efficiency Maine offers for upgrades to residential buildings. Learn about programs that can help you improve the efficiency of your home, and take part in a community discussion to share your thoughts and concerns.
Bridget will describe how homeowners can receive thousands of dollars in rebates for energy efficient upgrades. She will touch on topics like heat pumps, insulation, heat pump water heaters, and more! As with all of our climate conversations, after the presentation, there will be a facilitated discussion, where community members can ask questions and share thoughts.
This program is the fourth part of a continuing series focused on learning, discussing, and connecting around ways to sustain and support our vibrant town as climate change occurs.
More Bath Climate Conversations are on their way in the coming year!
Previous climate conversations have focused on: climate change and the built environment, Bath’s natural landscape, and Bath’s waterfront and coastal waters.
